To make skincare more accessible for everyone, we proudly offer Free Shipping on all orders across Pakistan. There are no hidden charges, no added costs, and no minimum order requirements for free delivery.
Shipping Timeline
All orders are processed and shipped within 2–7 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. If your order faces an unexpected delay, our team will notify you through email or WhatsApp.
Where We Ship
- Cozmo offers free shipping to all cities and provinces across Pakistan.
- Orders must be shipped to a valid physical address. Shipping to P.O. Boxes is currently not supported.
Processing Time
Orders received before 4 PM are usually shipped the same day. Standard processing may take 1–3 business days depending on order volume. If extended delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control such as courier disruptions or unforeseen events, updates will be provided via email or our website.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Since orders are processed quickly, address corrections may only be possible within a limited time window. Please contact us immediately if your address needs updating.
Undeliverable Orders
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or customer unavailability may require re-shipment. In such cases, additional courier charges may apply for re-delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local courier office immediately. Cozmo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
Return Request Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for complete details.
