The following outlines the policy for merchandise purchased from Cozmo and is applicable for return scenarios up to 14 days from delivery. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15 percent plus freight charges. After the 14 days period, items are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee plus the cost of shipping. Please note all returned items will be subject to a detailed inspection.
Returns
Returns will be accepted within 14 days from delivery. Cozmo may charge up to a 15 percent restocking fee to cover handling and shipping related costs.
Cozmo Warranty and Exchange Policy
Cozmo will accept returned merchandise within the first 30 days after delivery according to the following conditions:
- Cozmo must be contacted before any return is initiated.
- All original packaging including protective materials must be included with the returned merchandise.
- The returned merchandise must be in its original packaging which must be intact and undamaged. Missing or damaged packaging will invalidate the return.
- Returned merchandise must not show signs of damage alteration or misuse. Failure to comply will void the return.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance fees. Items damaged during return shipping without insurance will void the return.
- Unopened and unused organic cosmetic powders in their original undamaged packaging may be subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. If the product shows signs of use reduced quantity or altered packaging the restoration cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds will include the item invoice amount minus applicable restocking fees. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
How can I return my purchased product
- Returns are covered under the Cozmo Refund and Warranty Policy. Please contact our support team to initiate the return process.
- Products must be returned in original condition packaging and with all included parts and free promotional items if applicable.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
Damaged in Shipping
If a product is damaged during shipping please take clear photos as proof and contact us immediately at contact@cozmo.pk.
What items are not eligible for returns
Damages caused by misuse improper handling self repair or customer negligence are not covered under the Cozmo Refund and Warranty Policy.
The following conditions do not qualify as quality issues:
- Returns due to dissatisfaction with personal preference color or style.
- Damage caused by usage improper maintenance modifications or other human factors.
Damaged by Customer
Cozmo does not accept returns or exchanges for products damaged by the customer. This includes misuse reduced quantity tampering or products returned in an unsellable condition.
How can I exchange a purchased product for another item
Only in the event that an incorrect item was shipped Cozmo will exchange the product according to the following conditions:
- Cozmo must be informed prior to initiating any exchange.
- All original packaging including protective materials must be returned.
- The product must be returned in its original undamaged packaging. Missing packaging will void the exchange.
- The returned product must not be damaged altered or used.
Cozmo will be responsible for return shipping and insurance fees in case of incorrect item shipment.
